CMOS spark photoelectric optical emission spectrometer is a precision analysis instrument. The most important thing is the optical system. Changes in temperature will cause the optical chamber to expand and contract which resulting in inaccurate analysis results. Therefore, the optical emission spectrometer will be equipped with a constant temperature control system for the optical system when it is designed and manufactured. Even with a constant temperature control system, changes in the ambient temperature will still affect the optical system. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the analytical data results, we should install small air conditioners in the laboratory to minimize the fluctuation of the ambient temperature during the use of the instrument.
At present, domestic and foreign OES manufacturers will require users to install small air conditioners in the places where the direct-reading spectrometer is used. So that the ambient temperature is controlled between 10 and 30 ℃. First of all, because the temperature of the instrument is about 20°C when it is calibrated by the original factory, and the instrument is used at 10~30°C to fully ensure the accuracy of the analysis results. Secondly, the optical system has higher stability in the range of 10~30℃, and the temperature is too high or too low to ensure the stability of the instrument, and the serious influence may even cause the instrument to malfunction.
Therefore, in order to ensure the stability of the direct reading spectrometer and the accuracy of the analysis results, we should try our best to ensure that the temperature in the laboratory meets the requirements of the instrument, and try to keep the temperature as stable as possible.
