Working Principle
Energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectrometer is an x-ray fluorescence spectrometer that uses pulse height analyzer to perform energy dispersion. The structure is simple. Semiconductor detectors and multi-channel pulse height analyzers can be used to improve the resolution. It's processed by a microprocessor, and can simultaneously measure multiple elements in the sample with fast analysis speed.
